KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 29 —The Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) spent RM30 million last year on repairs and upgrading of Armed Forces Family Housing (RKAT), Wisma Pegawai, Wisma Bintara and Wisma Laskar at naval bases throughout the country.
